Writing and content

Writing

Of all the different hats I have worn, writing is still the one that excites me the most. A good line, a clear explainer, or a well-shaped campaign can be deeply satisfying, whether it is a long-form blog, product documentation, UX copy, or marketing copy.

My first serious writing stint was in ecommerce. It began with blogs and newsletters, then slowly widened into website copy, UX copy, social content, email campaigns, landing pages, and content strategy. Even after moving into a Product Owner role, I never really left writing behind.

AI is now part of the writing workflow, and I use it where it helps with speed, structure, and exploration. But I still believe the idea, judgment, voice, and emotional intelligence behind good content should come from a human place. We write for people, not just for search engines or machines.

Across formats, my process stays the same: understand the product, the brand, the user, and the purpose, then turn the idea into the form the audience actually needs.

For me, good writing is where clarity, research, empathy, and brand voice quietly meet.

How I Work On Content

01

I clarify the requirement first

When the requirement is marketing-led, I work with the marketing team to understand the objective, audience, tone, messaging, offer, and expected action before I begin writing.

02

Brand tone and voice matter

I do not treat writing as just putting words together for users. Every brand has a voice, and I make sure the content fits that voice across blogs, emails, social posts, product copy, campaign material, and platform-specific communication.

03

I write around real constraints

When the design is already defined, I work with designers to create copy that fits the available space without breaking the layout. For documentation, I collaborate with developers and support teams to understand the workflow before going deeper.

04

I optimize for search and AI answers

I work with SEO specialists to tune content for organic ranking, keyword relevance, structure, and AEO. This was especially important for healthcare blogs, where the content had to be useful for readers and visible in search and AI answer results.

05

I research before I write

Once the requirement is clear, I go deep into the topic, competitors, search intent, product behavior, user workflow, and available references before shaping the first draft.
